Mr Zaman was one of the most prompt in replying and came to our house the next day. He determined that the roof needed to be replaced (which other contractors also recommended). What set him apart was that he went out of his way to temporarily patch up the leaky area until the roof could be replaced without a commitment for the new roof, whereas others didn't even offer.
