"From the moment I met Jose he was professional, following up on the appointment date and time. When I arrived we discussed the details as he took notes on exactly what I wanted. With 15 minutes I had a detailed quote and Jose clearly explained the contracting and payment options. I passed the quote on to my kids who currently do not live in state. Jose answered all their questions and sent photos of the materials they use. Upon contracting, Jose kept in touch with installation details and timing.
