The crew of 6 did a great job! Everyone worked as a team from the start of the job until they finished. The job was done in one day stripping two roofs, replacing some plywood and install new roof. The crew did a fine job with the clean up at the end of day.

I claimed a deal on angie's list. Zaman roofing contacted me immediately and scheduled the visit. The technician arrived on time. Showed me pictures of the damage, fixed the damage and confirmed with another picture.

Craftsman! EXCELLENT! There were only a few workers supervised and they were relatively quiet. Finished the roof in one day. Looks good even after the winds last night. A pleasure to deal with and have working here. It looks like he also repaired the leaks from another new roof by a DIFFERENT company who couldnt seem to get it fixed. What a relief! Again, THANK YOU!!

My roof started leaking on Friday during a rain storm. I called Zaman Roofing on Saturday, along with many other companies; rain was expected on Tuesday so i needed to get this done quickly. The tenets in the house are presumed to have the caronavirus, this was fully disclosed on the call with Zaman Roofing. He quoted me a price and agreed to due the Job today, on Monday. I have had several other companies call since asking about the job, but I told them it was already under contract. Zaman Roofing texted me today at 3:45 asking me when i wanted to meet at the property, I replied anytime, they replied suggesting Thursday or Friday. I replied stating that I was told it would be done today and it needed to be done today. They replied asking about the caronavirus. I replied saying that the tenants aren't going outside, don't go inside, and that it was very low risk. They replied stating that they would have to see if their guys would be ok with it, and they would need 20 minutes to reply (this is at 5:05PM now). I replied saying that I would hold them responsible for damage done due to the rain tomorrow if they did not get it done. At which point they canceled this contract, according to them, due to my bad attitude. So now my ceiling is going to be damaged, because Zaman roofing had agreed to do this job today, and canceled at the last minute. I had several opportunities today to hire someone else, but none after they canceled.

What a wonderful business. Very responsive. Showed up exactly when expected, completed the project quickly and accurately and left no trace after clean up. All with a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Zaman to anyone looking to have roofing work done.

The service was very good. He was on time. He did what he advertised. The communication was good. The clean up was good. The price was good.

Very well. He was able to come out within a day, checked out the roof where it was leaking. He caulked around the roof vents and was done with a half of an hour. We wanted to get this done before serious spring rains started. We would definitely hire him again.

He came out within 2 hours of my initial call, and inspected the attic crawlspace as well as the outside of the roof to help assess where the water/moisture was coming from in preparation of insurance and damage mitigation activities. He was very thorough and offered advice on how best to proceed with respect to the insurance company etc. Based on how he performed the review, the way he listened and offered advice, and the information he was able to give; I would strongly consider him for roofing work.

Our 23 year old roof started leaking during a heavy downpour in September and I reached out to several roofing contractors through Angie's List. Mr Zaman was one of the most prompt in replying and came to our house the next day. He determined that the roof needed to be replaced (which other contractors also recommended). What set him apart was that he went out of his way to temporarily patch up the leaky area until the roof could be replaced without a commitment for the new roof, whereas others didn't even offer. After getting a few quotes, we decided to hire Zaman for the roof based on competitive quotes, responsiveness and workmanship warranty. The job was scheduled for the next week and took a day and a half. Clean up was thorough and, when one of the screen doors was accidentally damaged, Mr Zaman had it fixed and reinstalled without any excuses. We're very pleased with our new roof. While it has yet to be tested by a heavy downpour, we're confident that Mr Zaman would address any issues given our experience thus far.

Sevi and his team worked quickly and the quality was fantastic. We were impressed with his thoroughness and we recommend highly.

He showed up at time and gave me a reasonable price to fix the problem. We scheduled a time for actual work. They showed up on time, finished the work and cleaned up the area and left.

This is a continuation of my Jan.2014 review. In April we agreed to begin the work of replacing the roof and damaged gutter. They came and removed the old roofing, replaced any rotten wood decking and installed the new shingles and the new fascia board and gutter. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. Fast forward to Nov.2017 he came out to replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a windstorm.

Wonderfully. Professional, timely communication, on-time, cleaned up mess, guided us thru some options, work done quickly and well. Fair price. Will definitely call him again !

Actions speak louder than words. Seweryn was pretty much right down to business but provided a much needed service for our 19 year old roof. I noticed some new water marks on our cathedral ceiling and I called him and he came out the next day and spent a good half an hour searching the roof. He gave up and said he'd put a tarp over the area in question and give me an estimate for a new roof at my request. While putting up a tarp, he noticed an exposed staple on the roof. He came the next day and patched it for $200. I'm very satisfied with his service at this time especially considering another company came out and didn't seem at all interested in finding the leak. They only wanted to sell me a new roof and they said there was a problem with the flashing and the whole section needed replaced. His quote was also about $4000 less than the other company to do the whole roof. Seweryn quoted me a price of $12000 to replace the whole roof which is about 3600 sq feet. We're expecting rain Sunday so we'll see if this fixes the problem. If not, Seweryn said he'd come out again and put a tarp up to secure the area from more damage. If you have a leaky roof, i suggest you call Seweryn.

There were channels instead of shingles at the front and back door roofs.  Zaman removed some of the surrounding shingles and laid new ones down to cover those channels.  He needed to come out on two separate days and he did as promised.  It looks great and the best thing is, I am no longer getting leaks in my house (it rained yesterday so it was a good test)

I am very satisfied with the entire job that Mr. Zaman did on the roof.  He climbed the roof and examined the entire surface during the initial meeting.  He provided an immediate and very reasonable estimate for the job.  He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. 
     He showed up and worked onsite alongside his very professional crew.  I especially appreciated the fact that the owner of the business was there all day, ensuring that all the work was done to his satisfaction.  His crew worked very efficiently and did not overlook any details in insuring the job was completed properly.  The new roof looks great and the attention to every little detail exceeded my expectations.  He did not cut any corners on any step of the process.
     His final cleanup was remarkable.  Every little piece of debris was removed from the property and landscaping. 
     I highly recommend Zaman Carpentry to anyone needing a new roof.

I was very happy with the entire process.  The owner responded quickly to my Angie's List request for an estimate.  He actually climbed on the roof and provided an immediate estimate.  I was impressed with the folder of information and the fact that the owner is onsite for the project and actually does the work with his employees.  The work was done in one day and looks great!  I believe that the job was done well without cutting any corners.  I would recommend Zaman Carpentry to family and friends.
