Mike did work building a dry bar in my basement. He was very easy to work with, communicative and did great work. He is fairly priced and was open to my suggestions, checking In with me before making any major decisions as he knew I wanted to be a part of the design process. Mike Goodman and his team did a great job building an overhang for the front door. I had given him a picture of what I wanted. It was not exactly like the picture, but in all fairness, he said he would get as close as possible. It still turned out very nice. In addition, Mike added three railings to deck stairs. The project took five days, which is what he projected. He was sensitive to my need for details and we kept in constant contact through out the project. I live in Maryland and the project was in Connecticut.

Over the many years we owned our house, we have used quite a few contractors for home improvement. None of them have compared to Mike Goodman. Very pleased with the outcome of this project. Goodman Construction removed 2 layers of siding from a 70 year old garage and essentially rebuilt the garage including footings that were not there. Resided in natural red cedar shingles. The garage looks great and is in better shape than the original. Should last another 70 years. Thanks Mike, Jess, and Pat

Mike is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team did an incredible job enclosing our breezeway and making custom cabinets for the new area.

My husband and I hired Mike Goodman to install a replacement picture window, expand a doorway to an interior room, mount our flat screen television and replace a door and trim to our attic stairway. Mike was also able to recommend an electrician to install recessed lighting in our living room and playroom, as well as, install outside lighting. Mike did a great job on the carpentry work and oversaw the electrician work. He made sure that we were satisfied with the completed work. He provided reasonable pricing and we will definitely be hiring him again for future upgrades in our home.
