"David Apel was incredibly supportive and helpful when Amazon through a terrible curve ball at me. DAMAGED GOODS and a NO SHOW tech. BUT David showed up, found damage and repacked for return to Amazon. What a mess BUT David is here now putting my kitchen cabinet together in good spirit. Hard worker, answers promptly, polite. "George is very conscientious and punctual. One of his workers is not as careful as George is, and several aspects of the jobs had to be redone.
