"We called Dan to install cameras and a video doorbell on our home. He arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. He also fixed an unrelated problem with our Wi-Fi in order to improve the performance of the doorbell camera. All the cameras give us outstanding images and secure storage, and the contract price was very reasonable. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed working with him and we highly recommend him to anyone considering a security system."

"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"The engineer who did the installation was great. He explained everything and was genuine in making my system sound great."

"Matt was friendly and did a great install. Iâ ll hire them again."

"There wasn't a good category for it but they installed a bunch of CCTVs for us and a bunch of complicated low voltage wiring. They were hard working, diligent, and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Very well - the most recent job was a small one and only included replacing a circuit breaker. But I've had him move wires, install new fixtures, and other medium-sized stuff and he's always personable, professional, and efficient.

"Troy did an excellent job with the mailbox installation. The mailbox looks and works great. I would highly recommend Troy as a handyman. He is friendly, professional, reliable, and prompt. He answers emails and returns phone messages in a timely manner. We have already contacted Troy for additional work at our house."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"James and Zach were fantastic. They installed a sound system for me with a lot of complications inherent to the project. They problem-solved their way through the 2-day effort with great attitudes and helpful explanations. As the project scaled up, they were sure to warn me about extra costs and get my approval. James reminded e to call if I had any questions or problems going forward. The system sounds great and I highly recommend Black Barrel.
