"Would give 0 stars if possible. Willing to take money for a job upfront and not really willing to follow through with all of the work. Have a brand new pellet stove I can’t use because they “don’t” do permit work. I’m not sure who they think is supposed to get it approved and provide the documentation since they pulled and submitted the permit. You’d expect for this kind of money (~$8K for this job) that all aspects of the job would be taken care of instead of the homeowner having to figure out how to get the inspector the uL rating on some foil wrapping the contractor used. Beyond frustrated with this company and will never use again. They took initial payment in July of 2024 and only have months of phone calls did they finally do the job only to bail on completion at the permit stage. -1 stars?"

I stopped payment on the check and then finally got call. In order to resolve the chimney, it is my understanding that the metal liner to the chimney connection is not a proper material and would require installing a cleanout on the chimney and sealing the connection"
