I hired him to replace ten 12' tennis fence poles along with the accompanying top rails. Jeff busted his butt digging out the existing poles which were set in concrete, and then made sure each new pole was set in a 24" hole. He had minimal help from a laborer. Did most of the hard work himself. He was onsite every morning by 7:30am at the latest and gave a solid 8 hour+ day every day until the project was done. Jeff provided receipts for all materials purchased (how often does that happen?). His pricing was exceptionally fair given the effort and end result, which was excellent.
