I found A&T LOCKSMITH online, and called to make an appointment.The technician was available right away and he came within 15 minutes after the phone call. He was nice and polite. He looked at the lock and explained to me what needed to be done.
Before starting to work, I was given a full price for the job, which was $80 for the new lock & labor plus $20 service charge, total of $100.00 which was within my budget.
The technician made sure that I understand the pricing details for the labor and parts.
I was very happy with his job and the service he provided. The new lock works very well. I will definitely use this locksmith in the future if needed
He also offered solutions for another problem area and will return to install that lock when it arrives.
