Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.

"We hired and worked with Rocco on two simultaneous bathroom renovations on the second floor of our house. (We were responsible for purchasing most materials, and Rocco and his team then worked with them.) While we did not vary the footprint, we did have them lower a few walls and replace them with glass in order to "open up" two rather claustrophobic shower stalls. We also installed new lighting and ventilation, along with replacing all of the existing fixtures. Working with Rocco and his son, Rocco Jr, was a lovely experience from start to finish. Rocco, Rocco Jr, and all of their subcontractors are exceedingly polite and professional and highly skilled. The tile work and custom glass for the showers were precise; the plumbing and electrical functions very well. The whole thing took about 8 weeks from start to finish, and we are very pleased with the results. Love our new bathrooms, and would not hesitate to use Rocco & team again! "I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"Although there was a delay of 2 weeks in getting started, once begun, Patrick and his assistant DJ worked non stop to complete the job.  They installed shelving, moved 2 electrical outlets, phone jack and repaired and painted the wall.  Their workmanship was precise and very professional. |In addition, both men were pleasant, courteous and helpful. In short, they did and excellent job and I'd be happy to have them do work for me again."
