"Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.

"We hired and worked with Rocco on two simultaneous bathroom renovations on the second floor of our house. (We were responsible for purchasing most materials, and Rocco and his team then worked with them.) While we did not vary the footprint, we did have them lower a few walls and replace them with glass in order to "open up" two rather claustrophobic shower stalls. We also installed new lighting and ventilation, along with replacing all of the existing fixtures. Working with Rocco and his son, Rocco Jr, was a lovely experience from start to finish. Rocco, Rocco Jr, and all of their subcontractors are exceedingly polite and professional and highly skilled. The tile work and custom glass for the showers were precise; the plumbing and electrical functions very well. Drywall/Paint work was good.  They purchased all the material needed for the work. Pricing was based on Labor/Material. 
Bathroom tiles near vanity/mirror/behind toilet: The finish could have been a little better but the space was a bit cramped so I can understand. 
They helped fix a few additional things that were not in our agreement for free. For example, towards the end of the contracted work we noticed water leaking from another bathroom tub. Aziz applied some grout free of charge. A few days later, we realized that the water leak issue in the tub wasn't fixed so we called Aziz and he came over within a day or two and refinished the tiles. We have not noticed any leaks since then. Aziz also installed a few laminate tiles in the closet free of charge.
He was prompt in responding to my request for a quote and was available to start work within a short period. Work was completed over 3 days (as per plan). He was also responsive for small followup work that we needed."
