I had 2 small projects. The whole process could not have been easier. I was quoted a price by phone and set up a time for the service. The electrician came to my home and completed the projects. Easy, efficient, friendly, no hassle. I would definitely use them again.

My main circuit breaker and half my fuse box were tripped while I was on vacation. It powered back up fine, but I had safety concerns and they sent someone over the next morning to inspect everything. No problems in the house thank goodness. Friendly, responsive and helpful. I even got the guy who came out to lol and another thing while he was there and change a 3 way switch.

After having a tree hit our house and knock off the meter and all the wiring during the hurricane, we were frantic to find someone to help. NE Electrical took our call immediately and came out the same day. As busy as they were, they were absolutely pleasant, professional and sympathetic. Did a wonderful job! I totally recommend them and will only use them for any future needs. So thankful to have found them.

MIke and his crew are experienced, efficient, and effective. and they are versatile. They completed a variety of projects for me including network wiring organization and upgrade, revamping and upgrading heating system controls, electric panel upgrade, and generator maintenance. If it has wires and carries current, you just won't find a better outfit to take care of it than NEEC!

Charge a service fee ($165) before coming and current electrician kept saying he was very busy and may not stay until he completes the job. I said I understand and he can come another time to complete the job the next time electrician comes, charge me another service fee (only $115). I asked first why should I be charged for a job not done. Then, I decided I no longer need your service.This is bad business, I am sorry. I tried to accommodate this company and in return, they wanted to charge another service fee. No thank you.

Henderson was amazing!!! They charge on an hourly basis including travel time but Henderson was very efficient and respectful. Moved a 220v dryer plug outside to charge my car and fixed a two switch light. Had a great experience and would hire again.

Ask them to send Henderson. He is a super young man. Explained to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He had to go up in the attic numerous time to make sure the problem was fixed properly. Very polite and well mannered. New England Electrical Contracting is very very fortunate to have Henderson as an employee.
