"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

"Rocco was extremely professional throughout my dealings with him. He prepared me well for the work that needed to be done and walked me patiently through the process. He listened to all of my questions on his initial visit and offered his suggestions without being pushy or trying to sell me anything. When I asked for references for an engineer to survey my property, he found me one in my area that was affordable and just as professional. Rocco told me the work itself would take two days, but on the first scheduled day he showed up with a big team and was able to complete it in just one day. And to top it off, he left me with great instructions on how to grow the grass back in the area where he installed the well. All in all, the experience was a great one and Rocco will be my first call for any future projects.

"The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
