"I called Atomic Rooter around 2:30 pm and they had someone out at the house by 4:30 pm on the same day.    The piping on the faucet copper line had burst last winter and the entire faucet needed to be replaced.  Access was from the outside and I had already removed the external cedar shingles and cut the access hole before calling for service.
Normally, I do these types of repairs myself but the piping was in tight quarters.  There was a flexible water line connected to a  fitting with the frost free faucet attached.    One look told me it would be better to have a professional do this job to avoid a potential mistake on my part and damage to the flexible line and fitting.   
The service technician made the repair in about 20 minutes without damaging the flexible line.    The new frost free faucet is sturdy and won't be needing future repairs.   I was also given some tips on how to the freezing problem in the future.

"I ended up hiring company after I shopped around for my Boiler, burner and Indirect hot water tank replacement need. I extensively researched prices and companies in my area. Lou the owner returned my call on a weekend in case there was any emergency. After he only asked to send him photos and videos. And instantly gave me quote for two scenarios (Which btw he honored all the way). I'm not a professional in this area but what they installed looks good after years of watching my rusty boiler and Tank started leaking ;-). Pretty much rebuild everything with new pipes and motor pumps. I hands down will recommend company without any hesitation. Definitely shop around. But have no doubts Schede will do the Job as well if not better than others with great quality to price ratio."

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."
