He offered me a price that was half what his competitors charge, and was willing to explain the whole job in detail."

In addition to installing the new shut off valves and outlet box, they installed an access panel in the wall for the shutoff valves. The installation of the panel was something other plumbers were not interested in doing. Noble was accommodating in the scheduling and performing all aspects of the job."
