They were very informative as to what the problem was, how it's caused and how they would fix it; step-by-step depending on complexity. Full transparency. They had to go to a heavy duty snake as my problem was a bit more severe and they stuck to the estimate.

Incredibly positive experience with these guys. Rich called me as soon as I requested a quote on HA, came for the job immediately, offered an incredibly fair price, and fixed the problem quickly. He’s a really nice guy and professional - he also gave me recommendations on subs for a bunch of other jobs I had. Hire these guys without question if you’re have clogged pipes. Another outstanding effort from a top-rated HomeAdvisor company. I chose a contractor online Saturday morning, asking for a Monday appointment. The Drain Away owner called me within seconds. I gave a brief description of my problem and the man asked if I wanted to do it now instead of Monday. I was surprised but said yes! Two hours later I was able to shower, run the dishwasher and use the kitchen sink again. The guy was very nice and respectful and even took care of extra things at the original, low price.

This is the second time I used DrainAway to get a drain declogged. This time it was an emergency and on a Sunday. Rich came within the hour, did an excellent job and charged a reasonable fee. It's hard to find better service than this. He's friendly, professional and really know this business. I won't hesitate to use him again and recommend his company highly.
