"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

Cost pump and labor $800. Over the years they have responded to many problems, leaking faucets and stuck drains. Biggest project replace boiler for steam heat. Took 5 guys to wrestle boiler down a narrow basement stairway. Patient with a few family disagreements. Nothing to do with them. Installation successful. They've always been prompt courteous and non judgemental when encountering crazy working conditions. Think they are great. Boiler and hot water heater were fine. They installed both."
