"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. "This is a great company.  We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house.  They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again.  The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed.  He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots.  He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots.  I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time.  Now we can financially plan for the line replacement.  In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"
