I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Cost pump and labor $800. Over the years they have responded to many problems, leaking faucets and stuck drains. Biggest project replace boiler for steam heat. Took 5 guys to wrestle boiler down a narrow basement stairway. Patient with a few family disagreements. Nothing to do with them. Installation successful. They've always been prompt courteous and non judgemental when encountering crazy working conditions. Think they are great. Boiler and hot water heater were fine. They installed both."
