We had another national franchise sewer/drain cleaning company come in first to look at our clogged mainline drain. This "reputable" franchise wanted to charge me over $13,000 to clear debris and roots from the line and install a sewer liner. I came to Angi to find other professionals for a second opinion and after speaking with Jorge had him come give me a free estimate. Before he did anything, he put out blankets and buckets to protect my property. He then opened the drain, used a camera to view the entire length of the drain, and concluded we only needed to shave out roots that were blocking the flow down the drain. Two others confirmed the same. Jorge quoted us a reasonable price. We booked him the next day. Jorge showed up on time, did the same protective prep work, and completed the agreed upon shaving of the roots. Afterwards he took more video to show us the now cleared drain. 5 star"

"We recently had a service call by Mid-Westchester Sewer & Drain. Initially, the technicians were Gustavo and Mekhi and, when additional equipment was required, the owner of the service, Vinny, arrived with it. Over the course of several hours they snaked the outside water pipes from both ends, viewed the interior of the lines with a cable-mounted camera, and then flushed the lines with high-pressure water. They were prepared, professional, efficient, friendly and competent and we would recommend them without reservation."

"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. He explained clearly what our options were, the pros and the cons, and gave us estimates for the different options. He then came back at the time scheduled and did a full day's work, which ended up including the snaking of the drain pipe, and made sure our kitchen sink was in good shape and the space underneath was clean when he was done. He also advised us on possible follow-ups (the drain pipe may need additional work). Fiori was polite and pleasant throughout. The quality of the work appears to be excellent."
