"They were great ! First-rate experience, start to finish. They removed a number of dead trees from my back yard--which has no vehicular access from the front. The work was expertly done, from angling the tree falls to maximize the limited space; to disposing of the wood; to cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend AATC to anyone who needed arborist services without reservation."

"I hired Dan to remove several trees as well as clean the gutters and moss off of a roof on a tenants house. Dan went above and beyond. I had 3 other companies promise to come out and 1 even shook hands and said they would be out and never showed up. I was in a huge bind because the homeowners insurance was threatening to drop insurance. I found Dan through our community forum. Dynamic Landscapes! He came out gave a more than reasonable price. He came the very next day and did the entire job. He cleaned the yard and everything was left meticulous. I was so impressed by his work and just him in general... we have 5 homes. I would never even ask anyone else or consider another company. Dan is top notch. He is my go to guy now. I have shared all of his info on community forums because he is trust worthy and he truly cares about making sure you are happy with the job. He even followed up after the job to make sure we were happy and if there was anything we had an issue with he would have come right out. You can trust Dan's word. He is absolutely ð ¯ the best hands down. I think I've thanked him about 3 times now."

Small jobs welcome

"He contacted me quickly when I submitted my request at Angi. He asked me to send a picture of the stump I needed removed. He quoted me through ANGI at a price LESS than what it would cost to rent a stump grinder. He was done in 20 minutes and the area looked exactly how he found it minus the stump. He was timely, kept in contact throughout the day until he arrive and did an amazing, efficient job."

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Early signs that a tree is struggling include premature leaf shedding and lesions or other strange markings. Peeling bark, dead or rotten branches on the ground, and a conspicuous lack of leaves can all be signs that a tree has started to die. By the time a tree starts leaning, it’s usually too far gone to save.

Most tree removals take 3-8 hours, requiring additional time for stump grinding or debris hauling.

On grafted trees, tree suckers will grow from the root stock, not the branches grafted onto it. Therefore, the leaves and characteristics of the suckers aren’t the same as the tree because they are different varieties. Root stock has more hardiness, strength, or drought tolerance than its grafted limbs, so if the suckers are from fruit or flowers, it might be different than the main part of your tree.

The cost of trees varies massively based on the size of the tree and the species. A small Colorado spruce can cost as little as $30, but a golden rain tree of the same size can cost $90. Large trees can cost $1,500 or more, depending on their species and height.

An arborist specializes in tree care, performing tasks such as pruning, treating diseases, and removing hazardous trees. They also assess soil conditions, plant trees, and develop landscaping plans to ensure healthy growth. They also manage debris cleanup, inspect equipment, and record maintenance activities. Arborists often collaborate with landscapers and professional tree maintenance services, applying their specialized knowledge and problem-solving skills to maintain tree health and safety.
