My experience hasn't been the greatest, but I would say this was expected. It is difficult because they didn't tell you anything. I would not use them again actually I am changing.

Very professional and did a thorough job. Looked for opportunities to prevent bugs and rodents where possible and the green products they used actually left the basement smelling wonderful. Definitely seemed to address the spider and mouse issue. Will be using them on an ongoing basis.

The service has been great as far as I can tell. My lawn looks better than it did a year ago.

Too pricey

They called to let me know they will do a treatment. We paid upfront per property.

new lawn coming in but it has only been 2 weeks, so the jury is still out. Overall and so far I am quite satisfied with the service and the work

The grass is coming up fine. They came out twice and did a good job with the work. They were very professional and on time. The work was of good quality as well.

in 2011 we had a major part of our lawn replaced. Ralph Bowen and his crew have taken care of it ever since.  We have an annual plan (for which there is a nice discount if you prepay) with regularly scheduled applications of whatever the lawn needs at that specific time of year.  In addition they have an arborist on staff who can diagnose and treat various diseases and conditions.  The associates who have come to do the work are always courteous and professional. They answer questions and follow-up in a timely way to things they may not know the answer to. If something special needs our input or direction, they always call in advance to make sure they understand what has to be done. Otherwise, for routine applications and treatments, they come and go on schedule without us having to be there. Very efficient and the lawn and trees look spectacular.

They are pretty good and I have been happy with them. They charge by the size of the lot, so it varies. It is a set price per year. My overall experience with them has been very good. I would use them again in the future.

They are a little pricey for what they deliver.  I'm not sure if I would use them again in the future.

They are very good; I have been using them for the last couple of years. They respond well to complaints that you might have; they come right in and take care of it. They develop your lawn into being greener and nicer than any lawn on the street. A lot of people have told me yours is the greenest lawn on the street. That's who they are: The Green Team. I will use them again in the future.

We found this company on Angie's List and called them for an estimate to come treat our lawn back in 2010. They arrived promptly, obviously knew their business, knew exactly what their plan was and have acted on every promise. The lawn is greatly improved and we were able to save a tree that was being destroyed by all the critters living in our lawn. We can't wait to have them work on the backyard.

We've used their services for approximately five years and wouldn't think of changing to another company.

The company used to be more responsive. When I ask them to treat the lawn it takes weeks even up to a month for them to show up.
That's frustrating when you need your lawn treated with weed killer. Now we have to repair our lawn at a even greater expense.
This has happened multiple times.

My building has contracted with the Green Scene for several years to fertilize and treat our lawn. They are fast and efficient and our lawn has never looked better.

Initially at the beginning of the season, they gave me written information regarding their services. They offer quality work. The technicians are extremely careful in their locations of spraying. They do not leave chemical residue on my patio, driveway, porch, or walkway. The best part of the entire service is it works by the first application. I am quite pleased with the results of my yard.

THEY'RE AN OK COMPANY BUT AFTER THEY FERTILIZED MY LAWN, IT TURNED BROWN & IT STAYED THAT WAY FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THEY HAD VERY POOR QUALITY OF WORK & IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

THEY DID VERY GOOD JOB. THEY SEEM LIKE THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID, BECAUSE I HATE BUGS AND ALSO I ONLY REGRET NOT CALLING THEM SOONER.
