They are very professional, and prompt. On the dead tree, they were actually able to cut it into log sizes. To fit into my fire Pit, which was something I didn't expect but was very happy about. The cleanup was miraculous. It doesn't even look like I had trees cut down. Everything was cleaned up, all the branches were chipped down and did not leave a mess with the chipping.
