Had an issue needing repair and they didn’t get back to me for 10 days. I was moving on to another vendor when they finally got back to me. They were very attentive and Professional and fixed issue soon there after.
The technician was very good. He replaced the temperature control. He also noticed that my door hinge grommets were shot and needed replacing, and the hinge metal was rubbing on metal and wearing down. He ordered the parts and came back to fix the door. Good thing because eventually the door...
Shane replied to our request within 24 hours, and made the repair the next day. We weren't home at the time, and nothing was out of place when we returned, but the pool heater was back on. We received the invoice a week later, and we were pleased with the fair price. We will hire again.

"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."
