Over the phone he explained the possible process of this project and put me in the books first thing Monday morning. He arrived right on time, looked at the area, and again explained everything. After about 15 minutes of doing his inspection, Tim gave me two estimates, which were both fairly priced. I selected the estimate that worked best for me, and Tim got working right away. Throughout the project, he continued to update me with what he was doing and what he had left. From when Tim arrived to when he left, it took him roughly 3.5 hours for the whole project. He did an excellent job, and I would recommend him to anyone."

"The inspection was a farce. We received a list of very minor repairs that needed to be done along with a couple of recommendations for system replacement due to age in the future. The inspector did not go up on the roof. If he had, he would have seen how soft the roof was. My wife notice the porch roof leaking during our remodeling project as the insulation was wet. Our contractor walked the entire roof and said it was an emergency to replace it. Sure enough 1500 sq feet of plywood of a 2000 sq foot roof had to be replaced. It was soft, splintering and wet. The splintering and disintegration should have also been visible from the attic hatchway. I am out $12,500 because of his negligence or laziness, I am not sure which. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances."
