Our contractor walked the entire roof and said it was an emergency to replace it. Sure enough 1500 sq feet of plywood of a 2000 sq foot roof had to be replaced. It was soft, splintering and wet. The splintering and disintegration should have also been visible from the attic hatchway. I am out $12,500 because of his negligence or laziness, I am not sure which. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances."
