Joe was fantastic; we contacted him at the last minute because we are quite particular with who we hire. We are first-time home buyers, and Joe was very thorough in his explanations and made this so easy. He also provides other services, but he will not pressure you to use them if you do not want them. He is extremely knowledgable and accommodating; I will absolutely suggest him to friends and family, and he will most likely be the only home inspector we use in the future.
