They didn't finish the job and they are blowing me off. I had a radon mitigation system installed in the only spot CT Basement told me I could put it. My well company then told me it could have gone in a more ideal location. I then paid CT Basement for a second full installation at the preferable location and the tech did not install the pressure gauge that shows the radon fan is working. He said he'd be back. He never came back. I called the company and tried to make an appointment to have them come back out and they refused to let me schedule an appointment, they said I have to wait for a call back. I never received a call back. I called 3 business days later and left them a voicemail saying I need them to come back out and they never responded. I am worried my radon mitigation system isn't working. This company doesn't care about their work after I paid about $3000 for my radon system to be installed twice.

The installation of the Radon System went very smoothly and very quickly. We have a crawl space which made things a little more complicated but they were able to solution for that very well and the system was successfully installed. That was about 4 months ago now, and it is working fine.

The whole job took about 4-5 months. They gutted the entire basement. They did a full demolition on the basement. They put in a permitter draining system and a sump pump. Then they put in a whole new basement. It was a full construction with walls, electrical and plumbing. They delivered what they promised. They quality of the workmanship was excellent. They were able to get done in two weeks and there were no problems. They did a phenomenal job.
