Avoid Busy Bee Services. Not professional and poor communication. Find another HVAC company. Don't get stung by The Bee.

They were fast to arrive and quote the job and get started which was great as it was 100 degrees in the house as the ac was out. They installed the water drain improperly and it caused damage to ceilings and floors upstairs and down. They also damaged my stairs taking the old unit out. This was a very frustrating time. They did come back and fix the water drain, but we had to go several weeks before they hired a handy man to come and repair all the ceilings, floor and stair baluster that was broken. In the end, the AC was fixed, and they repaired the damage.

Although I resent having to spend thousands just to fix a furnace, I have to say these guys were fast, and efficient. They kept you updated on the progress, even for when the parts were coming in. And when installation day came, these guys were in and out within 45 minutes. Furnace is working perfect again and we have heat.

Overcharged by WAY too much. The hydrostat charge was $862.90, and they installed a different brand than was on the invoice. The cost on Amazon for that unit is $188. Taco Zone Valve charged $745.56: valve on Amazon: $134.00 Same with other charges $3609.80 total. Less than 3 hours labor x 2 guys... who showed up late in the day when they scheduled for the morning.

Technician didn't do the work for what he is called for.

The guys from Busy Bee made our experience seamless. Chris, the project manager, gave us a deal on the water heater that perfectly fit our space. They worked all day, and when a part was missing to finish the job, Chris drove to Hartford to grab the part and installed it himself. Friendly, professional, great, fair price and quality work. Would 100% recommend Busy Bee.

Installed and left without ensuring the system worked properly. They came back out to fix and it went down the next day. Poor service. Would not recommend it.

Had an oil to gas conversion done. Very very responsive company answered all my questions and all my concerns. I would definitely recommend good value for the money, very professional, and very experienced in their work. Excellent work ethic!

Installed new indirect hot water heater tank and whole house water filtration system. Nick was at the house on-time with mask and booties, all equipment on board and went straight to work. Very polite. Explained everything as work progressed. Very satisfied the job Nick did.

Very polite and professional. On time for both the estimate and the start of the work. Messy job but he kept the area clean as possible and extremely clean when he was finished. The job was installing a tank less water heater. It looks and works great. Very happy with the product, workmanship and installation process. I will hire him for any future projects and highly personally recommend this company.

This was all done in 1 day. He came by to see what was needed, came the very next day to complete the job. 11/28. I called at least 5 other Heating companies all from Angies list and no one could deliver like Ken. Just like the name, they are Gold! I am extremely happy and thankful for his service and professionalism. This was around Thanksgiving when no one wanted to come. I needed to get 2 furnaces replaced. Ken contacted me immediately and was spot on with his time, quote, and amazing service. This was for a 3 family house in Torrington. This was excellent.
