We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. "Tenant called on the Friday after Thanksgiving when most people would not have been in the office.  Thank goodness All Star was!  Their first available appointment was the following Tuesday between 7 and 8am; they were there when they said they would be and discovered a "sticky" circuit breaker.  They were able to unstick it and recommended replacing the electrical panel which is old and does need to be replaced.  But they did not go into a long song and dance about that, thank goodness!
