We were in a panic because our insurance claim was about to run out of time. We contacted Restoration Colorado and Cecelia answered the phone. She was more than helpful and sent a man out right away. They even scheduled our job in to beat our deadline. They had worked with our insurance company (Farmers) and even though their quote was higher than our insurance claim amount, they adjusted their price and worked out a payment arrangement for us that was more than fair. They also gave us upgraded shingles and the work done was first rate. It's been over a year and there have been no problems with the roof. We highly recommend Restoration Colorado Rooking!

Scheduling process was pretty bad, didn't show up when promised, 3 times. Overall quality was fair, roof started peeling on more than 10 seams after a few days. They cut into the roof in 2 different spots and left it for me to find. Had to come back to fix all issues. Gutters were not put back on. I could only recommend based on low price, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Earlier this year we sustained wind damage to our roof (2 trees fell on our roof). We were referred to Restoration Colorado Roofing for their expertise in insurance claims. I spoke with Cecelia (co-owner) for nearly 45 minutes. She took her time explaining the insurance claim process to us, and what to expect. By the end of the conversation I felt very comfortable RCR and with what to expect in the next coming weeks. We were able to set up a meeting, and sign a contract within 2 days. The other co-owner (Chris) sat down with us at our home and explained in more detail the roofing details. We never felt pressured at anytime. Cecelia always contacted us by email, or by phone on the progress of the roofing details. RCR has great professional contacts that we used (Architect/ General contractor/ Gutter/ Siding) which made it easier for us in the end to line them up. I felt the experience with RCR was great, they were very professional, on time, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great! From start to finish appointments were kept and phone call updates were provided. After the recent hail damage we wanted to move forward with getting a class 4 impact resistant roof as recommended by our insurance company. Chris brought several samples and walked us through the product lines and his past experience with the products. he informed us that this type of roofing materials would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. Cecelia left us a message when the material had been ordered and provided and estimated date for delivery. She followed up with a message that material and crew would come the next week. Roofers and materials arrived. The existing roof was removed and new roof installed in a two day period. The property was keep clean at all times. The roll off was removed as soon as the roof was completed. Cecelia provided the needed documents for certification for the impact roof which the insurance company required. Invoices and all documents for claim were provided the day after completion. Chris came out the next day to check on work and answer any questions. Permits were secured for work and inspection has been requested.

They were responsive, easy to work with, and provided quality work. They worked with my insurance company and came out to support me when I had the roof inspected and then helped to ensure the claim was settled. On the interior work they did excellent work on drywall and matched the finish with precision. All workers were punctual and I was impressed at how neat and organized they were. I would recommend this company.

Every once in a while, you come across a business/service provider when you say to yourself, "I wish I had known about them years ago!" After consulting with other roofing companies, to simply have two roof shingles repaired, I learned about Restoration Colorado Roofing. I was under a deadline and encountering various problems with getting quotes from other vendors for this lower budget roof repair. I called Restoration Colorado Roofing on Tuesday, they repaired my roof on Wednesday, I paid them on Thursday and got the receipt I need for the closing of my home on Friday - and the price for the repair was fantastic! That's service! They have certainly earned my trust, future business and my recommendation to others looking for a great roofing company. Provider showed up right on the button on time. Gave me a full report of the status of my roof. I have been concerned about hail damage since my roof is nearing 20 years old and I have had several roofing companies tell me I need to replace the roof and cannot wait another minute--it's in very bad shape. Yet the insurance won't approve it (and I had two insurance agents look at it). Those roofers were very pushy, bordering on rude and using scare tactics. So I decided to pay for the service and found this "big Deal". I was impressed with being told that there are a few loose nails that would cost about $100 to replace. I should probably start preparing for a new roof but I have a good 3 years at least before I actually NEED one. I was told right now the roof is not in danger of leaking at all, but it is starting to show wear and tear. I appreciated the candor and honesty--the inspector had alot of years in roofing. He represented his company very well and they were very responsive and efficient in their communication with me. When I do replace my roof, this is the company I will be using for sure.

We were very happy with the work done, and VERY happy with how professional and nice he was. He showed up on time, with a smile on his face, and completed all of the work we needed (plus more) in a timely fashion, and it only cost us $100. I asked for a written report. I have not received it. Provider showed up about 20 minutes late. Orally I was told that there was no damage to the roof. NO follow up..

Ed told us of hail damage on our roof that we were unaware of. He returned with the insurance adjuster and made the process very easy. Since this was the original roof on the house, it will be replaced rather than repaired.

Everything went very well. They worked directly with my insurance company regarding pricing and payments. They handled all of the material ordering and completed the roof in less than a day while my tenants were at work, so the tenants were not disturbed by the process. They also did a great job cleaning up debris around the property and did not damage any of the landscaping. Everything passed the city building inspection, and the roof looks very nice.
