First Class Housekeeping & Maid Services

I’ve used this service twice. The first time was great. The second time was challenging. When I booked the second time, they asked me to call them to confirm - I couldn’t do that so they got my details over email (they also asked me for my email address over email which was bizarre?). I got my confirmation…and then they didn’t show up. 20 minutes after the arrival window was up, they still hadn’t arrived. I called countless times. Emailed. Nothing. It’s 24 hours later and I still haven’t heard back. They did eventually come, but if I hadn’t left the door open - which I wasn’t thrilled about doing - they wouldn’t have been able to get in. What is the point of an arrival window when you are arriving well outside of it and no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails? The cleaning was fine, but the customer service (or lack there of) was so comedically bad that I can’t see myself using their services again. They responded to my Google review, saying someone would get in touch. NO ONE DID. This service is trash. Stay away.

I scheduled my first ever housekeeping service with First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service. I was stressing and just did not have time to thoroughly clean my place due to a busy work schedule! I was thankful and so incredibly satisfied with my services! They even left me flowers! They are now my favorite stress relievers!

I have been working First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service for a couple of years now. I have a regular group of girls who clean monthly and always impress me with their quality of service and attention to detail. I can depend on them to be on time and meticulous in my space! So thankful for First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service!!!

They were fine until they damaged my floor by allowing the oven cleaning solution to strip and discolor my hardwood floors last Nov. Now 4 months later, I am still trying to get them to pay for the repair work that needs to be done. If you care about the quality of your home, don't hire them as they will damage your property and then refuse to take care of it.

I have been using First Class Housekeeping and Maid Service since I moved here about two years ago. I am scheduled every two weeks and absolutely love the work the ladies do. They clean my home to perfection every time.

I have a dog and two cats in my home, so you can say I have a lot of pet hair. My housekeepers always show up, equipped with two different types of vacuums to make sure they get up all the hair from the floors and furniture.

They leave me lovely flowers and chocolates and always leave my house smelling great.

What I like most about the staff is that they are always professional, polite and take pride in their work. My favorites are Maria Elena and Lorena.

I would highly recommend First Class to anyone who is looking for a Maid Service.

They were amazing,  they arrived on time and did a great job

They provided the BEST cleaning we have had since moving to Colorado 5 years ago, we tried SEVERAL cleaning services (many chosen directly from Angies List that had an A rating) and First Class has been by far and away the best.  We noticed they cleaned areas/items that we always wanted the other services to clean without us even asking them to "make sure and get this...".  The people they sent have been the same people we get every time so they know how we like certain things and they and us are comfortable in eachother's company.  I highly recommend them, and my recommendation does not come easily.

I will preface this with the fact that I've never hired a cleaning service. I found a deal on Angie's List and called the company looking for details, she advised she would honor the deail if I didn't purchase the coupon so I agreed. I explained I just needed my empty apartment cleaned after we had moved out. Which she agreed too. I asked how long it would take, she said about 4 hours after she asked about the details of the apartment. There was never any discution about a change in the cost so I assumed it was the agreed upon amount. The girls came and were very pleasent and did a great job. I paid them what I thought I had owed and included a tip. About a week later, I got a call from the woman I spoke to before saying I shorted her. I advised her, that I didn't understand how that could be as I paid the agreed upon amount, plus tip. She said that she had asked me all the questions about the apartment to try and lead me to understand that it would go up. I said I have never used a cleaning service before so how was I supposed to know that. She told me something to the effect of that's just how it is. She then said she was going to send me an email of the breakdown of the cost which I never received. Up front everything was fine, the quality of work was sufficient, but the level of professionalism was awful. I work in a customer service industry and you never assume the customer has all the knowledge of the industry you have. If the and quot;feesand quot; were discussed up front then maybe it would have been different. But the reason I chose this company was the cost, every other company I talked to laid out the fees and the realistic costs up front. Overall, I would not use this company or tell a friend to.

They've been cleaning our house every other week for several years now. They are very professional, competent, and things are done well.

Very well. Everything satisfactory.

They did a good job and we would use them again. Their price was comparable and I don't have any complaints about them. They were communicative and covered everything we asked them to do.

They did a good job in cleaning but you never know when they're going to show up. 

They have been fine for us. We hadn't used them before. I would recommend them to a friend.

The work they provide is excellent, although pricey by Atlanta standards, and for some reason they want to charge sales tax on a service. I tried to explain that there was no tax on services in Georgia, but to no avail. The catch is they are in the Atlanta area for one week every three weeks. They have a thriving business in the Denver, CO area, where most of the reviews are from, and are trying to establish themselves in Atlanta. So you can get service once every three weeks or get somebody else. If, for some reason, they are unable to perform service on your allotted day, you must wait another three weeks. You are not rescheduled while they try to make it up, you are skipped!
If you can stand to go six weeks, on occasion, without getting your house cleaned, this is an excellent house cleaning service. I don't recommend doing business with them until they have a permanent presence in the Atlanta area and can be more responsive.

The cleaning was excellent!...but pricey. If it were easier to get them scheduled for regular cleaning I would find their work worth the cost.

They were great I just wish I didn't ask for a deep cleaning because it went on for way too long. They even cleaned my closet and we ended up ordering pizza because they were there from like 1 pm to 7 pm. But they did a great job. They started vacuuming under the cushions on my couch. They didn't speak English so I couldn't tell them they didn't need to do certain things. I spent about $350 in total.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out well. I needed to call them back because I had been out of town for a while. They did a good job. They were really nice and weren't intrusive or anything like that but they still did a thorough job. They tried to do as much as they possibly could because they didn't have enough time allotted for that appointment for them to fit in all the cleaning they could but they made a good effort. I think they were on time. I do need to call them again. I haven't gotten around to it in kind of lead time for them to come in for an appointment because they were busy.

The cleaning was fantastic and they did a wonderful job. I was thrilled. Scheduling with the organization however was an issue. They didn't contact me after I purchased the coupon, I had to initiate contact. And, as I was hoping to continue working with them with regular cleanings, I was very frustrated that after two calls by me they never figured out when they would be available for a regular cleaning and contacted me back. I am now working with another company for regular cleanings.

They were very late for the apt, they got lost or something but once they got here they worked non-stop to clean all the sawdust from floor sanding off of the surfaces of our shelves etc and scrubbed all of the bathrooms, did a really good job on the bath/showers/sinks/floors.
