"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is.
The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."

"The first day, the damage was discovered after cleaning the grout and removing some tiles. After removing most of the main tiles, Josh tried cleaning them, but my caulking with silicone made them unusable. My bad. So he bought some inexpensive tiles that matched our color and added a pretty granite pencil design to tie it in with our room color. Wow! On the fourth day, after cleaning everything up to a shine, I almost cried at the beautiful job they did. My husband rarely compliments people on their fine work, but he had to tell Josh what an excellent job he and his crew did. If we ever need to tile the floor and replace the shower frame, we will call on Josh Jax of Advantage Tile and Grout Services. They were prompt, explained each step, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to create an elegant shower at reasonable cost. I hope we can find other home contractors as terrific as they have been."

"Jennifer from Odds N Ends is amazing. She always does a phenomenal job with my VERY lived in home. My husband and I both work full time, and we have two small sons (with a third on the way) in addition to two dogs and two guinea pigs. Jennifer makes our home radiant. One of my favorite moments of the week is coming into the house when she’s been there. When Jennifer first started with us, we had some pretty icky build up on our wood floors from some ill-advised waxy products. It has been a long-term project, but with patience and expertise, Jennifer has restored our floors to their former glory. She is truly amazing and I recommend her without reservation!"

"Every thing went like clock work. Not only did they have to work around the handyman doing last min. repairs, they both had there jobs . One removed all of the ceiling light covers, washed them and put them back up. He went on to wash off the tops of the Kitchen cabinets then wipe out the insides of the cabinets. The other one started with the bathrooms cleaning them from top to bottom, inside and out. They even sweep out the garage.

"The crew showed up promptly and quickly began cleaning. We needed a deep clean of our living room, bathroom and kitchen. Everything looked so good when we came home! Our house attracts so much dust and everything was dusted and shiny. Even areas I’ve never seen clean looked good! "All around friendly, professional, and considerate. The technician was very helpful. Explained the task and what needed to be done. Didn’t try to sneak in extras and was upfront about all he would do. Very considerate too as they made sure all areas the were working in were throughly cordoned off with plastic sheeting to keep us from seeing any mess. The clean up was done with care and no trace of floor mess left behind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you Environment Control!"
