Crew was professional and thorough. Easy to discuss instructions with each of them. The pricing worked out to about $100.00 per 1000 sq ft. We had the main floor done and master bedroom and bathroom (included 2nd bathroom, kitchen, etc.)

Your Maid to Shine team of cleaners did an amazing and thorough job of deep cleaning our house. We had fallen very far behind in caring for our home for a multitude of reasons. After multiple attempts, I knew we could never catch up without help. I found Maid to Shine on Angie’s List and called for an appointment. I’m so glad I did. Their concept/system works great. The cleaners came one at a time, each in their own cars with their own tools/supplies, well within their appointment window. I gave a few instructions to the first few people (Kaitlynn, Grace, Ell and Kara) according to the areas they were going to clean, then stayed out of the way – even running an errand while they worked. Our house hasn’t looked this wonderful in years! It’s such a relief too. Thank you to Kaitlynn, Grace, Ell, Kara, Shelby, Lauren and Siehra. Don’t hesitate to use Maid to Shine.

This is the best service I have ever used. The maid was prompt and covered a lot of ground. I requested cleaning for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and a few other areas I can't recall. Maid to Shine is the only service who's been able to remove all the water spots from my shower door. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

WOW!!!! This is the cleanest the house has been since we moved in. We are looking to have them come bi-weekly. We have a 2300 square foot house and it took them a few hours to clean it, but wow, it is soooo clean! I would definitely recommend Maid to Shine to anyone looking to have their house cleaned. Maid to Shine made our new Forever home "MADE" to Shine! The team spent close to nine hours (4500 square feet) cleaning every noon and cranny that I contracted for. I was so impressed with the cleaning supplies and attention to detail. But the team of Chastity, Ashley I., Annette Denise and May was the most impressive of all!

Their cost/price, I would give them a "B", but quality and everything, and punctuality and professionalism are all "A's". They are happy to do anything extra. They are happy to charge me, but they are happy to do it.

Maid to Shine is as good as it gets! Every single interaction with them was pleasant, professional and accurate. For the first time in the 5 years we have owned our house, it felt truly clean and we felt like real adults who would not be embarrassed to have friends over. My first contact with them was over the phone when I called for an estimate. The person on the other end had a clear script and we efficiently identified the service I needed, and discussed various options and costs. We then set a date. On the appointed day, the cleaning crew showed up on time and got right to it. They did a very good job on all three floors, even given some tough starting points. The crew were serious and professional throughout. They sub-contracted to Jail Break window cleaning service, and that crew was also hard working and professional and came the same day, despite late notice of the job (I took a cancellation slot). So, the place looks amazing, and when my brother returns to his home after a business tip, I am sure he's going to be overjoyed. On the less awesome side, the service is quite expensive. I respect the company's work ethic and quality commitment, and it is obviously well managed. And I support the company's charging more for a premium service. All that said, it was 4 hours work by each of 3 people, $550+, so roughly, per employee, you're looking at over $30/hour (that number seems high to me).

Outstanding service! I needed some cleaning done in the high traffic areas of my home before leaving on a trip. They do not maintain business hours on weekends, however if work needs to be done on weekends, their employees have the option to volunteer for the work. I paid for three hours of service. I did not catch the employee's name, but she did amazing work. I provided a priority list of items to clean in the order I wanted them cleaned, and the arrangement was that they would accomplish as much as possible within the three-hour time block. The young lady that came by was very polite and professional and exceeded my service expectations. I have never had a cleaning service do a better job cleaning my home than I do until Maid to Shine. She was able to completely remove hard water stains and soap scum from my glass shower door, and every area she cleaned looked brand new. Highly recommended! This is the only cleaning service I will use from now on.
