The team was always respectful, on time, performed all the work efficiently and with great care. We put together a schedule and they performed to the schedule. We will be doing work in another area later this year and they will be the first we call to do the project."

These guys are craftsman who specialize in hardwood floors. Every phase of the project from removing the carpet, weaving in the new wood with the old floors, sanding, filling in the poors to final finish was done with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. They demonstrated great patience as I waffled on the floor finish and walked me through the merits of going with a satin or semi-gloss top coat. The results were exactly what I wanted. Stain was a perfect complement to the stairs and cabinets. My biggest concern was not being able to tell where the new wood ended and the old wood floor started. It looks like it was all installed at the same time. I cannot recommend With the Grain Professional strongly enough."
