They did a fabulous job. Because we had several really bad areas from pets and just bad dirty areas. Earl recommended we use their dual clean method. It cost a bit more but wow the results were worth it. He also put down antimicrobial to help kill any pet urine issues, and then finished up with a high quality protectant. I'm thrilled with the results, and weeks later the carpet still looks amazing.

We've used Earl (FiberBright) twice now and couldn't be happier with their work. The recent appointment was in connection with a home sale and our tight schedule was accommodated. They arrived a little before the scheduled time. Earl and his helper are very professional and their work is top notch. And fair pricing makes FiberBright our go-to company when we need carpet cleaning.

Earl (the owner) and Mike rocked the house. We had some epic bad pet stains and difficult areas in the house that had heavy traffic staining especially coming from the garage area... you know the deal. Earle and Mike got in and got it done and went to the extra mile to get it clean. Friendly, courteous, conscientious, superb effort from a team of professionals!! I will absolutely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends on Angie's list!

It went very well. The 2 man crew was professional and efficient and responded to questions completely, with remarkable patience. Approximately 1600 sq ft of carpet in 9 rooms/hallways on 2 floors was cleaned in less than 3 hours. Despite being over 12 years old the carpet looked almost like new when they were finished. They had removed most of the "permanent" stains and all of the newer ones. The few stains that remained were significantly reduced. Even a month later the carpet looks very good. I will be using them for the next cleaning (in about a year) and highly recommend them to others in need of having a carpet cleaned.

Great. Earle and Mike were great doing the work, Kathy handles the phones well. Despite the lousy weather they worked hard to get us done within our schedule. Earle is personable knowledgeable and hard working. Wouldnt think of using anyone else.

They were super friendly, but it did not go well. I actually asked for a partial refund because their advertising was very misleading. The whole reason I got it was because it included the stain sealant/protection  and they didn't included it. I asked them to come back in and put it on because it was on their advertisement, they wanted to charge me more. When I showed them the advertisement said that it included it, they said that it was a mistake. I never got the stain sealant/protection, they said I couldn't get a refund without leaving negative feedback, which I really didn't want to do.

They did a beautiful job cleaning the carpet, but the whole reason it was a good deal was because of the stain protection. Otherwise, it was just a regular carpet cleaning deal, it wasn't anything fabulous. I showed her that their advertisement said that, and she was very defensive and said that it was a mistake.

I was so upset with them that we called a second carpet cleaning company to come out and put down the stain guard, which was still kind of a bummer because they explained that the stain guard works best right after the carpet was cleaned, before it dries. It was sort of a bummer, but at that point we were just stuck.

They should have honored the carpet initially, and when I complained they refused to resolve the issue. When I called them to come fix it (on a Friday), she didn't get back to me until after the weekend. So I had to have all my furniture up and off the ground all weekend. They did clean the carpets, but customer service was terrible. I would absolutely not use them again.

I had to reschedule a couple of times so I didn't have them come until October 4th. It went well. They took the extra time needed to cut out a piece of carpet that one of the cats had decided was a good place to kill mice and birds behind a bookcase. It was over a long period of time and could not be cleaned correctly. I was happy with service I received and their willingness to go the extra mile.

Our home is 22 years old, not original carpet.  This was the best carpet cleaning we have ever had in this house.  Carpets look great!

Well this started off rocky. Because of a recent move I had purchased the service for the wrong address. On two occasions I assumed they were a no-show. I had no immediate phone number and was so busy with the move i ended up just counting this as a loss and was going to pursue a refund through angie's list. Then, they attempted contact one more time and we got it locked down. Turns out it was indeed my mistake and not for one second did they blame me or seem upset about it. In fact it was quite the opposite. They were gracious and friendly. They seemed happy to have the opportunity to service a customer. My parents were both self-employed so I understand the importance of customer satisfaction, so does FiberBright. That is refreshing these days. Even had time for a great conversation with one of the men who was performing the service. I wish i had more carpet to clean so i could hire them again!

Great! They were really nice and did a great job.

My real estate agent was on site to meet for scheduled appt. I was contacted by agent stating that company had not arrived. I contacted company and they related that there was a backlog due to recent flooding in the area. Real estate agent was provided a bill for $77.00. I had already paid $99.00.
