"Our house has not been deep cleaned in the five years we’ve lived here (Family of four with a dog!) and it definitely had a lot of work to be done! The 2 ladies showed up a little bit later than expected, but work their tails off for a two solid hours! They were not able to clean our master bathroom due to time and we opted not to have them clean our basement as it really wasn’t ready or prepped for cleaning anyways. All in all considering the condition of the house, they accomplished way more than I thought they would in the four hours, two people for two hours, timeframe. "My experience is that I had a very rigorous and qualified estimate on a major job involving the base structure of an old building. Wayne and his company had to do different tasks to complete the job including the brick and masonry work that needed to be restored involving bringing a truckload of crushed rock and getting into a basement to make it structurally sound. Then he had to close off the doors to restore the structural integrity of the foundation. He did most of the work of himself and at one point he had to jack up the house in order to install steel beams across the length of the house. An impressive feat, he is very accomplished."
