The weather had turned but we did not receive a call that he would be rescheduling until two hours after the appointment. The second time he did notify us that he would be running late and called when he was in route. John shared with us that he does follow-up reminders for window cleaning at 6 months or a year or can adjust to the owner's schedule. With busy schedules this is a nice service. This pro did it the old fashioned way because there would be drips. He cleaned outside and then cleaned inside separately. He was meticulous and took great pride in his work. All the sills were cleaned and dirt was removed. On the interior rooms that had a mirror, he even cleaned them! Also, my front glass door looked brand new!
