The weather had turned but we did not receive a call that he would be rescheduling until two hours after the appointment. The second time he did notify us that he would be running late and called when he was in route. John shared with us that he does follow-up reminders for window cleaning at 6 months or a year or can adjust to the owner's schedule. With busy schedules this is a nice service. We will use his service in the future."

"When this pro cleaned my windows, I was not expecting the kind of service I received. My windows are the kind that open to the inside to clean, without having to go outside. This pro did it the old fashioned way because there would be drips. He cleaned outside and then cleaned inside separately. He was meticulous and took great pride in his work. All the sills were cleaned and dirt was removed. On the interior rooms that had a mirror, he even cleaned them! Also, my front glass door looked brand new!
