"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

Devon and his colleague were on time, explained the process and cost, measured and then reduced the estimated price due to my overestimate of square footage, and achieved cleaning results that were much better than we anticipated (removed pet stains we could not eliminate on our own). "Wow! I had my air ducts cleaned about 15 years ago and thought I knew what the process was. However, I now know that I only kinda had my ducts cleaned 15 years ago. The process Lowe's uses is very thorough. Luis, the technician arrived punctually and explained the process to me. I was initially taken aback when he said he needed to get into my furnance's system to complete the cleaning--the other guys didn't do that. Once I understood the difference, from Luis' patient explanation, Luis got to work not use vacuuming but scrubbing the vents. He was careful and thorough and I am certain that the air ducts are really clean this time."
