"The unusually cold weather 2/21 caused the outside faucet where you attach the garden hose to freeze and break, was expecting to have to wait (due to the hundreds of other broken pipes all over the area) but Luke from Family First Plumbing & Heating called right after I sent the request and was there within 3 hours. He was prepared with the correct good quality parts in his truck to get pipe fixed up right away. He then suggested installing a shut-off on the line inside so this wonâ t freeze anymore.
