BEWARE hiring this company!! They may have been good at one point, but they are EXPENSIVE BULLIES NOW! They charged me $2300+ to clean dirt out of my sink faucets for 2 hours, then I had to CALL THEM BACK to INSIST they replace my pressure tank! After opening my well cap, (for reasons unknown), they left me with air going into my pipes all night long. I had to call them back. NEXT they claimed I needed repairs to my WELL, and installed some "stop valve" that doesn't allow me to use my outside faucet, so now I can't water my trees!! However, their tech said the air was due to some cracked "plitmus ring" in the well, while their FIRST tech claimed it was a bad foot valve. (Which is it??) After HE closed up the well, whadya know, the AIR STOPPED. Now I have to HIRE SOMEONE ELSE to use my outside faucet again?? When I called them back to ask for a solution, they sicked a SCREAMING BULLY ON ME!! If you are a woman homeowner, BEWARE!!

We used a different local plumbing company for a major remodeling project, and came to regret it. When we've had Steffen's do work, we are always happy with how they do the work and how nice they are to work with.

They charged me $65.00 for 15 minutes tops. I called Dalby drilling. The guy was really through check the well went under the house and found the problem. The 1/4" nipple that connects the pressure tank to the regulator was so plugged with rust you couldn't see through it. He charged me $200.00, and felt bad because he said the lumber could have fixed it while he was there is he even bothered to check the pipe. More than likely it would be a $100.00 fix and I wouldn't be with out water for three days. I refused to pay the plumber and showed him the pipe. They voided the charge

They arrived as promised, completed the repair, cleaned up and left. Competent and efficient and pleasant to work with.

I called him on a Sunday and he came right out to repair it. If he cannot make it out, he sends someone out as soon as possible. I have also had him come out to relight my pilot light. He also checked for carbon monoxide as a courtesy.

They are of excellent quality. Their service is prompt, and the prices are good.

I was impressed at how fast my calls were returned at the initial contact. Receptionist very pleasant and polite. Throughout the whole process of finding a replacement part (which took several weeks) Paul and associates kept in touch with me as to the progress. They definitely went the extra mile to save us money, instead of selling us the whole new system (which they could have done). They always do excellent work for us and are able to get right to the job.
