"Mark came to my place and gave it everything he got. He made several calls to find the product to fit my carrier air system but carrier does not share nore let none dealers order there product but my hats off to mark for giving it his all trying to repair my a/c system. I asked that they call ahead to get directions, they did not and were lost on a private ranch road that I needed to be working on if I had known that they would be here at 3:30pm not noon.
