"Mike met with the county inspector and she mapped out the location of the leach field, indicating the additional tank and to code pump needed for a home our size. He provided a timely quote to our realtor and ordered the tank and supplies. He had all the equipment to prepare the site and was excellent running the equipment with minimal impact to our property. He communicated well on timeline to completion. He made sure we were only without septic for a day. The same Inspector came once the project was completed and was very pleased with his adherence to the plan and code. We called/texted/voiced mail Joe multiple times to set up an appointment to re-diagnose the system and he never called back or replied. We wasted our time and money. Too bad he's starting his business on the wrong foot. We could've given him more future work and referred him to family/friends."
