He is a great guy, very personable and very friendly. Always willing to help. However, his schedule is always a crisis. He seems to be running from one emergency situation to another and never shows up when he says he would because of it. Be prepared for your project to drag on because he is called elsewhere to a situation that is very urgent (there is always a boiler somewhere that seems to be breaking and people who would otherwise die of cold without his assistance). he will come in and start the work and disappear for many days, return a few days later and still not complete the work. He never seems to have the tools needed to do the job he came in for and just wastes a huge amount of time driving around to get what he forgot. He clearly means well, is probably a good plumber and his prices are good. However, his lack of organization, focus and time management are hurting him tremendously.
