Boiler-Medics did an amazing job replacing an old boiler for me in Evergreen. They’re very professional & thorough and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of boiler work.

Excellent company who identified a major issue with a Boiler on a property I was about to purchase. Lynn was extremely helpful in helping us understand everything.

They did a good job putting it together.  After they left I found the door to my boiler was locked.  I called the office and asked politely if they could have possibly locked the door before them.  I wasn't accusing them of anything, I was just trying to figure out why my door wouldn't open.  A few days later I was able to open the door.  When the water leaked it must have frozen the door shut.

I called back a few months later because the boiler was acting up to schedule an appointment.  We scheduled the appointment and they never showed.  I called to find out what was happening and found out that I was on their "do not service" list.  The only reason I could think is because I called to ask to see if they had locked the door.  She never notified me that I was on this list.  They scheduled an appointment and acted as though everything was fine.
Response from Boiler Medics
"The call about the door being locked came one month after our tech was there (2/26/2011). The "polite" way of talking to me was to repeatedly ask me "what we were going to do about getting her door unlocked because he may have accidentally turned the knob and she didn't have any keys to this lock, what were we going to do about it", it was a very accusatory tone and I had to explain several times that our tech left the door unlocked, the same as he had found it. She never called me back to tell me that it was just frozen. When she called to make the appointment (11/11/11) I explained that I was on my way out of town for my father's memorial service. When I checked our records and found that she was on the "Do Not Work For" list, I unfortunately only made a notation and did not get back to her before her appointment. However, she did not say anything was wrong with the boiler, only that she wanted to get it checked for the season as it seemed to be using an unusually high amount of gas. When I called her back to explain all of this, she went off on me in a very loud tone and then started cursing at me. I politely listened until this time when I hung up to take another call."
