They did a great job.

These are some of the most disrespectful group of people I think I have ever met. They lied at every step and made so many mistakes with our home that they openly admitted to using my home as an example of what not to do. They showed up late every day and left early, a week turned into two months. It took us calling them back 10 times to get the job done correctly and that was only because of our due-diligence with the work being done. At every step they have made it clear that they don't care about their customers. I bought my great grandmothers home, 17 years ago she used them to do work and paid 20k and it all failed. Now we have spent 20k (40k altogether over the span of 17 yrs) to get it fixed and make it right and my foundation looks worse now than it did. They also overcharged for an extra pier and it took us over a month to get them to give us that money back. We had a worker that lied about the work he did, said our garage was done, we needed to poly jack it, and then told my father the next day it wasn't safe to park in there ever because of the void. We were paying them to fill that void, so we called his supervisor and then the worker called me and yelled at me and then that day took a dump in our basement toilet and of course didn't flush. After all the wonderful reviews we read before choosing this company we could not believe how horrible they truly were at the end of the day. I just hope my review will save somebody from the awful experience we had.

Andrew was excellent. I had previously chosen another company to do the work but they wanted 50% of the money up front and wanted to charge me almost 2X the amount I ended up paying with Spartan Ram Jack. Also, they did not want any money from me until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The crew was professional and although they had to dig almost 8 feet down to complete the project, I could not tell that they had displaced anything unless I knew what to look for. I would recommend them for any type of foundation work that you might need.

Better than I expected.

The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day of the job and went right to work; the men worked efficiently and answered all of our questions; the job was completed on time and exactly as specified in our contract. This is an excellent company and we are confident our foundation will be stable for many years to come.

My garage/basement wall had water intrusion and cracks. Frank Sullivan came out and provided me with available options and estimates for each solution. I chose to have I-beams installed to the floor joists and seal the cracks. The work was explained before hand and I knew what to expect. The work crew finished in under 4 hours and now I have peace of mind about the support for my home and dry basement for years to come thanks to the warranty. The work crew was excellent.

Extremely well. Very knowledgeable and courteous team performed the work. Very respectful and concerned that I understood what they were doing and why. Jose is a gifted team lead as I watched how he instructed and inspired his team. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was too big a job to let inexperienced folks on, so I shopped around quite a bit, and went with Spartan based on their reputation, and I wasn't disappointed. The foreman Allen and his crew did an outstanding job with the lift, and were aware of my concerns with the new window above the garage. The lift only had to go up about 3/4" in one corner, but because this house is a wonky split level, it solved 4 problem areas at once. The care and patience with the job exceeded all expectations.

Outstanding. I highly recommend this group! They came out, gave me estimates for several services needed, and the invoice separated each service, so I could select only those services I could do at this time. After signing the agreement, I determined one of the services wasn't needed at this time. They allowed me with no pressure to reduce the services provided. The dates they scheduled to get back with me with exact date with service was exactly on time. They do not require up front deposit and instead electronically bill you immediately after the service. I was able to provide them with my checking info and pay them immediately. Totally professional! Totally dependable! Outstanding work!

Workers were punctual and very professional. They were polite and their supervisor came out several times to check on things and then returned after the job was completed to be sure we were completely satisfied. They did everything as stated on our contract. And they gave us the Angie's list discount!!
