Kevin did a great job listening and asking clarifying questions to ensure he understood us. Kevin left and a few days later emailed us a new floor plan and design for the bathroom. He called to discuss the new design and answered questions. He did a great job describing why he designed the bathroom the way he did. Kevin was able to design the entire bathroom to make it look modern, reuse a lot of what we had, and make it more open and flow much better.
