"Rob has cleaned my carpets and my 89 year old mother’s carpets as well multiple times. One cleaning sticks put for me. My daughter managed to get mascara all over the white carpet in her bedroom. I put some canned cleaner on it that I had and it didn’t touch it. Rob sprayed it with his cleaner and let it set while he cleaned other rooms. It ALL came out and, frankly, I was amazed. The guy knows his stuff. Also, he does all of his own work so it’s not like calling some big outfit and having the new guy show up at your door.
