"Mr. Jason Moir, who owns Mammoth Flooring Solutions, LLC, came to my home on 7/15/20 to give me an estimate for approximately 1000 sq ft of the polished concrete flooring. When he started going into detail about his process, I told him " I don't need this schpiel, because I am familiar with the process. Once you show me the photos of your work, I will be able to tell you exactly what I want, and we can proceed from there". Mr. Moir became immediately angry, told me I am not "his type of client" and that he had "100 times more upscale clients than you". He also added " I don't know where you came from with that name Azra", all the while mocking my accent and annunciating my name. When I politely asked him to leave my property because he is, indeed - not the company for me, he started yelling "Azra, the rich *****!", yelling my name and repeating AZRA RICH *****, so the entire neighborhood can hear. It was at 1 pm, on 7/15/20, and my 18-year-old son has witnessed this awful exchange. This absolutely horrible and terrifying, as well as RACIST, and derogatory. Mr. Moir is not only unprofessional, but he had the audacity to come to my own home and mock me, my name, my accent, and where I came from - without absolutely any reason to do so. By calling me repeatedly "rich *****", he had gravely verbally assaulted me. He appeared deranged and unstable. He is a white male in his 30-s, multiple tattoos, and a hat, driving a silver Dodge RAM with the Colorado license plate [Company Information Redacted]. I was scared for my life and my sons had me call the police, but Jason Moir ran off in haste. I am a former refugee from Bosnia, and never in my 20 years in this country have I had experienced this horrible of racist bigotry. I would like the public to know of this horrific racial slur and verbal assault. I would NEVER hire a RACIST for any job, period !"
