Later that day, he emailed us a comprehensive estimate. We accepted his estimate and scheduled a date and time. He and Jorge arrived on time and ready to go. They spent most of day working on our floor. When they were done, it was AMAZING. It looked like we had a new tile floor -- uniform grout color, cracked tiles replaced with some spares that we had kept over the years, no missing grout. Just great. They cleaned up perfectly and were on their way. Really a great experience!"
